PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate which suppresses the occurrence of interference fringes, and has a frame printing pattern exhibiting having good adhesion with a base material, and a polarizing plate using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an optical laminate that includes, on one face of a light-transmitting base material, a primer printing pattern, a frame printing pattern, and a hard coat layer in a predetermined positional relationship, wherein the frame printing pattern is a cured product of a curable resin composition including a colorant and a curable resin, and the hard coat layer is a cured product of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition.
