PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope and an endoscope system with which, when the orientation or position of the endoscope is changed by moving or rotating the endoscope, it is possible to easily correct the illumination distribution and easily observe an object.SOLUTION: An endoscope has an illuminating-light exit portion 24 that permits illuminating light for illuminating an object OB to exit, and an observing portion 23 that captures an image of the object OB. The endoscope includes changing means 13 configured to change a light quantity distribution of the illuminating light. The changing means 13 changes the light quantity distribution of the illuminating light based on information of the image captured by the observing portion. |
