PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cleaning method of an object to be cleaned, and its device wherein, since a flow-out port for making cleaning steam flow to a working chamber of normal pressure is provided at a coating plate, the cleaning steam flows out to the working chamber from the flow-out port and then the cleaning steam is prevented from flowing out to the entire face of an inside diameter of the working chamber, thus, air in the working chamber is extremely hardly discharged to the outside of the working chamber by being pushed upwardly; also in case an object to be cleaned is steam-cleaned, a cylindrical cleaning tube is arranged at the external periphery of the flow-out port at the upper face of the coating plate, and the cleaning steam can be retained, thus making the air in the working chamber extremely hardly pushed out.SOLUTION: A flow-out port 10 for making cleaning steam 5 flow out to an upper working chamber 8 of normal pressure is formed at a coating plate 2, the steam which flows out is made to be condensable by a condensation part 11 at a lower position of the working chamber 8, and a cylinder cleaning tube 12 is arranged at the external periphery of the flow-out port 10 at the upper face of the coating plate 2. By this, the cleaning steam is erected in the cleaning tube 12, and steam cleaning becomes possible by accommodating an object 11 to be cleaned into the cleaning tube 12. |
