PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cognitive function evaluation system capable of evaluating a cognitive function according to the degree of a body function obtained through some different motions and improving the cognitive function further. SOLUTION: In a timed up and go measuring apparatus, the time required for a person to be measured to stand up from a chair, go around a cone provided at a fixed distance at the front, return to the chair and sit on it is measured. In a whole body selection reaction time measuring apparatus 5, the time required for the whole body to move from a base section to a moving destination section indicated by codes by a moving destination section indication device is measured. In a peg movement measuring apparatus 6, the number of pegs to be moved by the person to be measured to holes to which the pegs are not inserted on a board is measured. On the basis of the numerical data of the measurement results, an evaluation device 3 processes the numerical data obtained in the apparatuses 2 for measuring the body function and evaluates the cognitive function of the person to be measured.
