PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a face mask including a cover and a pair of earloops.SOLUTION: The face mask incudes a cover 10 that has a shape representing the front face of a panda. Both of the lateral upper edges of the cover 10 have semicircular protrusions 20 extending obliquely upward. The cover 10 is further provided with ear-shaped parts 32, eye-shaped parts 34, nose-shaped parts 36, and mouth-shaped parts 38, at the protrusions 20 corresponding to the ears of the panda and the portions corresponding to the eyes, nose, and mouth of the panda, respectively, by heat sealing. As viewed from the front or approximately front, the face mask worn by a user with the cover 10 opened apparently represents the face of a panda, and gives unique impression to others. The cover 10, which is foldable along a fold line that warps in an outward convex, has a domed three-dimensional shape in an open state, and such a three-dimensional appearance more looks like a panda. The face mask may include ear-shaped seals at the ear-shaped parts 32, for example. The shape of the face mask may represent the front face of any mammal other than a panda, or the front face of any creature other than mammals. |
