PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial agent capable of imparting excellent antibacterial action when used for a food, a cosmetic, a medicine and the like, by using a polycationic polymer.SOLUTION: A composite particle comprising at least one kind of anionic substances selected from the group consisting of anionic amphipathic substances and polyanionic polymers and a polycationic polymer allows remarkable improvement and exhibition of antibacterial actions which these anionic substance and polycationic polymer have alone. The antibacterial agent can be more effective. |
