PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measuring instrument which removes noise components to be capable of accurate radiation measurement.SOLUTION: A combining circuit 42 outputs an analog signal pulse resulting from combination of an analog signal pulse and a pulse obtained by delaying the analog signal pule by a fixed time. A gate generation circuit 43 generates a gate signal which occurs at a delay timing comparable with the fixed time after the occurrence timing of the analog signal pulse and continues for a time longer than the fixed time. A combination gate circuit 44 combines the output of the combining circuit 42 and the gate signal of the gate generation circuit 43, and a second pulse height discrimination circuit 45 discriminates a pulse meeting a prescribed pulse height condition out of the combination output. A double count removal circuit 46 removes double count occurring in the second pulse height discrimination circuit 45. |
