PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing toilet seat device for enabling accurate alignment of a nozzle to a private part, and to provide a portable toilet device with a washing toilet seat.SOLUTION: A hot water washing toilet seat unit 3 includes a hot water washing toilet seat body part 31 having a nozzle unit 45, the nozzle unit 45 including longitudinal moving means 52 for moving a nozzle 51 in the longitudinal direction, and horizontal moving means 53 consisting of a rack 63 and a pinion 64 for moving the nozzle 51 in the horizontal direction. Thus, the nozzle 51 itself can be moved in the longitudinal and horizontal directions. The nozzle 51 itself is moved to keep a distance between a nozzle head 55 and the private part of a user constant. |
