PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device configured to suppress inequality among users in a match game and to provide a game control method, a program, and a game system.SOLUTION: The game control device according to the present invention includes: execution means that executes a match game by groups comprising objects, among a user and an opponent; association means that associates the user with a plurality of objects; setup means that sets a plurality of groups of the user on the basis of the plurality of objects associated with the user; correspondence means that corresponds each of the plurality of groups set by the setup means to the types of the groups; determination means that determines a type of the group of the opponent when executing the match game; and selection means that selects, as the group of the user, a group corresponding to the type of the opponent determined by the determination means, among the plurality of groups. |
