PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell analyzer capable of quickly distinguishing a cancerous cell with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A cell suspension is transported from a cell preprocessing device 3 to a flow cytometer 5 to measure the number of cells the nuclei of which are stained, by the flow cytometer 5, and the measurement result is used to acquire a histogram showing the intensity of fluorescence. Data on the acquired histogram is subjected to frequency analysis (FFT processing) by analysis control means (PC) 6, and the presence or absence of cancer cells is determined on the basis of the result of the FFT processing. In this case, the presence or absence of cancer cells is determined by comparing an AUC (area under curve) of an obtained FFT pattern with a prescribed threshold, and further, the presence or absence of cancer cells is determined in accordance with whether the FFT pattern has ripple or not. |
