PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a desired function by reliably preventing wrong attachment to a shaft while reducing costs.SOLUTION: A rotation regulation member includes: a shaft insertion hole (1) that is formed so as to correspond to the shapes of rotary shafts (b1 and b2) at rotary shutters of toner containers (B1 and B2) and into which the rotary shafts (b1 and b2) are inserted with a predetermined attitude relation; and plural lock holes (2a and 2b) that are formed at mutually different positions around the shaft insertion hole (1) and that realize a rotation lock function by engaging with protrusions (b3 and b4) of the toner containers (B1 and B2). When the shaft insertion hole (1) is mounted around the rotary shafts (b1 and b2) at a different angle according to the shapes of the rotary shafts (b1 and b2), any of the plural lock holes (2a and 2b) is engaged with the protrusions (b3 and b4).
