PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax a constraint where a reference current generated by a constant current circuit is required for the operation of an error amplifier.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit 2 provided in a semiconductor device 1 includes an error amplifier AMP3. The error amplifier AMP3 includes: differential pair transistors MN14 and MN15; a current source transistor MN16 that is connected with the differential pair transistors; and a bypass circuit BC3 that is connected in parallel with the current source transistor. A reference current IR that is generated by the constant current circuit 4 flows through the current source transistor MN16. The bypass circuit BC3 includes one or a plurality of bypass transistors MN17 being connected in series. Each of the bypass transistors MN17 is diode-connected. |
