PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack sheet that combines low moisture permeability and favorable blister formability.SOLUTION: A polymer composition includes: a crystalline norbornene-based ring-opening polymer (1) that is obtained by that a polymerizable monomer that includes 90 to 100 wt.% of 2-norbornene and 10 to 0 wt.% of norbornenes having a substituent is performed by ring opening polymerization, and performed by hydrogenation; and an amorphous alicyclic structure-containing polymer (2) that has not a melting point and is obtained by that a polymerizable monomer in which a tetracyclododecene compound having a 2-10C straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group is 10 to 90 wt.%, and a dicyclopentadiene compound is 10 to 90 wt.%, and the total amount of the tetracyclododecene compound having a 2-10C straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group and the dicyclopentadiene compound is 80 to 100 wt.% is performed by ring opening polymerization, and performed by hydrogenation, by a ratio of 90/10 to 50/50 (weight ratio), and is used for a blister pack sheet. |
