PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve such that a fixed-side contactor and a movable-side contactor, capable of coming into contact with or separating from each other, are brought into surface contact with each other, even if central axes of the fixed-side and movable-side contactors are misaligned.SOLUTION: A vacuum valve includes a pair of contactors 20, 22 capable of coming into contact with or separating from each other. A contact surface of one contractor 20 fixed to the end in a vacuum insulating container 1 of one current-carrying shaft 4 is made to have a recessed spherical surface shape, and the contact surface of the other contactor 22 fixed to the end in the other vacuum insulating shaft 9 movable in an axial direction is made to have a protruded spherical surface shape coming into contact with or separating from one contactor 20. |
