A visual cortex inspired circuit comprises: a transconductance unit having an input value in which an offset is applied to at least one of images or video for distinguishing an object that wishes to browse the background of the images or video; a buffer unit which prevents a feedback current from flowing back by buffering an output current of the transconductance unit and applies weight by amplifying an input current for a frame with the same pattern of the object; and a switched capacitor unit which stores the output current of the buffer unit as a charge.
