PURPOSE: An enclosed-type observation apparatus for a liquid sulfur observation in a sulfur recycling process of Claus plant is provided to exclude a damage factor including damage at attaching and detaching of a fluoroscope and to clean the inner surface of a fluoroscope easily. CONSTITUTION: An enclosed-type observation apparatus for a liquid sulfur observation in a sulfur recycling process of Claus plant comprises a bottom flange; a top flange(110); a quick opening swing bolt(130); and multiple swirl type nozzles(150). A bottom flange is fixed at one side of a Claus plant. A top flange is opened and closed to a bottom flange. One side end of a top flange is combined to one side end of a bottom flange with a hinge(140) to be opened and closed by a rotation. A fluoroscope(112) is installed at a top flange into one body. A quick opening swing bolt attaches and detaches both top flange and bottom flange with arranging at a constant interval in the circumference of top flange and bottom flange. Multiple swirl type nozzles are connected at inside of a bottom flange and spray a steam or a purifying gas towards the inner surface of a fluoroscope. |
