PURPOSE: A wettability changing device of droplet and a particle separating device using the same are provided to be able to separate the fine particle rapidly within the droplet of nanoliter or microliter, and to combine with other microfluid device to implement a Lab-on a chip. CONSTITUTION: A wettability changing device of droplet comprise the first electrode layer, a dielectric layer, the second electrode layer, a droplet(300), a particle(310), and a branch channel(600). The droplet is positioned between the dielectric layer and the second electrode layer. The particle does not mixed with the droplet and separated according to a movement of the droplet. The branch channel separates the particle. According to an approval of the voltage, the wettability of the droplet is changed. |
