PURPOSE: A vertical gantry gripper device for selectively performing turning and tilting operations is provided to improve the manipulability, function, and performance of the gripper device by effectively forming components for the turning and tilting operations, organic coupling structure thereof, and working relationship between the components. CONSTITUTION: A vertical gantry gripper device (A) for selectively performing turning and tilting operations comprises an upper frame (100), a main turning shaft (500), a turned frame (400), and a gripper unit (700) for picking up materials. The upper frame is coupled to the lower part of a vertical support bar by bolts. The main turning shaft is installed at the center of the upper frame. The main turning shaft is rolled and supported by a bearing. The turned frame is formed in the lower part of the main turning shaft penetrated by the upper frame. The turned frame horizontally turns on the main turning shaft. The gripper unit is installed on the bottom surface of the turned frame along upper and lower guide rails (720). |
