Pharmaceutical composition comprises an aqueous Agave syrup. An independent claim is included for preparing the pharmaceutical composition, comprising simply mixing agar, xanthan gum and glycerin with a spatula in a container to provide solution A, dispersing or dissolving active pharmaceutical ingredient(s) in the Agave syrup to form a solution B, adding the solution A to the solution B, and then filing the remaining ingredients in vials of 5 ml or 100 ml.
