The present invention relates to a driving stabilization system of a bogie for a transcontinental railway vehicle and, more particularly, to a driving stabilization system of a bogie for a transcontinental railway vehicle, which can secure driving stability of a transcontinental railway vehicle through friction force generated between a disc and a friction pad by connecting the friction pad being selectively in contact with the upper part of the disc included in an axle of the transcontinental railway vehicle when abnormal vibration is sensed or transient load applies to a bogie. The driving stabilization system of a bogie for a transcontinental railway vehicle comprises: a sensor unit which is installed in a car body or the bogie in order to measure the driving characteristics of the railway vehicle; a signal receiving unit which receives signals generated from the sensor unit; and a driving unit which is connected with the lower part of the car body in order to be selectively in contact with the upper part of the disc included in the axle according to the signals received by the signal receiving unit.
