PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform air conditioning control based on a request such as operation control and information acquisition corresponding to a user.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system includes: a plurality of air conditioners each of which has a radio IC tag 41 for transmitting air conditioner identification information for identifying its own air conditioner and at least one each of which is installed in each of a plurality of areas; a central management device 1 for controlling the plurality of air conditioners; and a remote controller 5 for acquiring the air conditioner identification information transmitted from the radio IC tag 41 and transmitting the acquired air conditioner identification information and user identification information for identifying a user to the central management device 1. The central management device 1 includes an air conditioner database 17 for storing the air conditioner identification information and an area of air conditioning target by each air conditioner in association with each other, and when acquiring the air conditioner identification information and the user identification information, refers to the air conditioner database 17, estimates a presence area to be an area in which the user is present, and performs operation control of the air conditioner based on the estimated presence area. |
