PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily design a semiconductor device including a MEMS element in a short period of time without requiring time and effort as compared with before.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit data generation unit 101 and equivalent circuit data generation unit 102 generate electronic circuit design data and equivalent circuit design data, which are created according to data that is input by a user, using for example "a netlist" that is data of an identical format. In other words, the electronic circuit data generation unit 101 and equivalent circuit data generation unit 102 generate the electronic circuit design data and equivalent circuit design data in the same data format as the one available in a circuit analysis unit 103. The circuit design data thus generated in the same format is analyzed by the circuit analysis unit 103. |
