PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resealable bag body which can be easily re-unsealed by finger tips and can be easily determined whether it is a bag body which has never been unsealed or it is a resealed bag body after being unsealed, and to provide an article comprising the bag body.SOLUTION: A bag body 10 is constituted of a tube part 14 which is formed of a resin film comprising a base material layer and a heat fusion layer, and of which at least one end part is closed by heat-sealing the heat fusion layer. It comprises: a non-sealing part 21 which is formed adjacently to a sealing part 20a subjected to the heat-sealing; and a resealing part 22 which is formed adjacently to the non-sealing part 21. The resealing part 22 has an adhesive layer formed on a surface of the heat fusion layer. The non-sealing part 21 has an unsealing starting part 30 which becomes a starting point of unsealing of the bag body 10.
