PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used paper filter recovery device of beverage extraction machines capable of highly efficiently recovering a used paper filter used for filtering of beverage and compactly constituting the whole height of the beverage extraction machine including a space for recovering the paper filter.SOLUTION: A coffee extraction machine 1 extracts beverage using a raw material and water and filters the extracted beverage with a continuous paper filter P. A used paper filter recovery device of the coffee extraction machine 1 recovers the used paper filter P used for the filtering. The used filter recovery device includes: drive means; a support member 81 that is mounted on the lower side of an extraction machine body 2 for performing the extraction and filtering; and a winding reel 72 that is formed into a rod shape extending in the left/right direction, rotatably supported by the support member 81 at both ends thereof, and rotatingly driven by the drive means to reel off the used paper filter P. |
