PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content display device that allows people other than a user operating the device to view a content displayed on a display screen without making the user an obstacle.SOLUTION: A content display device includes a display device 10, a touch panel 20 and a control device 30. The control device 30 includes: a content display unit for displaying a content image C on the display device 10; a public screen area analysis unit 33 for identifying a public screen area A1 where the content image C is displayed, in a display area A; an operation position identification unit 32 for identifying an operation position in the display area A on the basis of a result of detection by the touch panel 20; a menu display unit for displaying a menu image M about a content at the identified operation position; and a display position change unit for changing a position of displaying the menu image M so that the menu image M is displayed in a non-public screen area A2 when an area where the menu image M is displayed overlaps with the public screen area A1. |
