PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both convenience of a user and power saving in a communication terminal.SOLUTION: The communication terminal has a communication device, a communication management section, and a device power supply management section. The communication device forms an association with a communication apparatus, and communicates with the communication apparatus. The communication management section determines an operation mode of the communication device. The device power supply management section controls power supply to the communication device according to the operation mode. The device power supply management section, when a first operation mode is determined, sets the communication device to a first power supply state in which transmission and reception cannot be performed, and then sets the communication device to a second power supply state in which transmission can be performed for every first cycle. The communication device transmits a presence notification frame, when the device power supply management section sets the communication device to the second power supply state. |
