PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique able to realize a deflector able to scan in both a longitude direction and a latitude direction.SOLUTION: A deflector 10 comprises: a substrate part 12; a swing part 16 supported so as to able to swing with respect to two axes parallel to at least the substrate part 12, at a support point whose position with respect to the substrate 12 is substantially fixed; a reflecting part 16a formed on the swing part; a drive mechanism 18 configured to bring the contact edge of the swing part 16 into contact with the contact face of the substrate part 12 at a required azimuth angle by swinging the swing part 16; and an adjustment mechanism 20 configured to adjust a distance from the support point to the contact face in a direction orthogonal to the substrate part 12. |
