PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve reliability of health evaluation of a control rod operation monitoring system by a test while reducing man-hours of the test in comparison with prior art.SOLUTION: A test device 20A for a control rod operation monitoring system comprises: an RPIS (rod position information system) control rod position data acquisition section 21 for acquiring internal data of a control rod data processing section 9 of an RPIS 1; an RPIS data conversion section 22 for converting the data acquired by the RPIS control rod position data acquisition section 21 into position data for screen output; an RWM (rod worth minimizer) control rod position data acquisition section 23 for acquiring internal data of a data processing section 12 of an RWM 2; an RWM data conversion section 24 for converting the data acquired by the RWM control rod position data acquisition section 23 into the position data for screen output; and a CPTR (computer) data acquisition section 25 for acquiring screen data corresponding to a screen displaying results of data processing performed by a CPTR 3.
