PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable delay line that keeps a center oscillation frequency stable even when there is a temperature change in a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A variable delay line has a plurality of series-connected delay generation sections 11 for adding a delay amount to an input signal to produce an output signal, and a delay control section 12 for controlling the delay amount. The delay control section has a delay adjustment circuit 13 for adjusting the delay amount, and a temperature compensation circuit 14 for compensating for a temperature-dependent characteristic change. The temperature compensation circuit 14 has a temperature sensor, and outputs a control signal resulting from a characteristic adjustment of the temperature compensation circuit 14 based on a signal output from the temperature sensor, to the delay generation sections to control the delay amount. |
