PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for manufacturing a random laser element that has stable characteristics, is simple and excellent in versatility, is compact and inexpensive, and can be very easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A random laser element comprises a film in which scatterer particles having a size of 100-1000 nm are aggregated. Defective particles are scattered in the film and induce laser oscillation. Submicron spherical particles having specifically uniform size shape and intentionally introduced defective particles are scattered into a liquid, and coated to manufacture a random laser. |
