PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor capable of preventing increase of man-hours in restricting return of a lubricant to an accumulator, suppressing costs, and obtaining supercharging effect, and to provide a refrigeration cycle device including the rotary compressor and constituting a refrigeration cycle.SOLUTION: At least one compressing mechanism portion of a rotary compressor is a rotary compressing mechanism portion having a cylinder including: a cylinder chamber communicated with a suction passage; a roller eccentrically operably accommodated in the cylinder chamber; a blade kept into contact with a peripheral wall of the roller at its tip edge, and dividing the cylinder chamber into a suction chamber and a compression chamber; and a discharging valve device releasing a gas compressed in the cylinder chamber into a sealed case, and includes: a cylinder stop mechanism for stopping a compressing operation by guiding a suction pressure into the cylinder chamber through the suction passage, and separating the tip edge of the blade from the peripheral wall of the roller. An intermediate partitioning plate is provided with a communication passage for communicating suction chambers respectively formed in the cylinder chambers of the compressing mechanism portion including the cylinder stop mechanism, and the other compressing mechanism portion. |
