PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small tire vulcanizing apparatus having sufficient sealing properties without requiring large development cost, and to provide a tire vulcanizing method which can produce a product tire having sufficiently reduced bare generation due to air accumulation.SOLUTION: A tire vulcanizing apparatus is provided with a mold unit and a container. An air exhauster, which sucks air in the container to discharge it to the outside, is connected to the container. A seal member is fitted to a mating surface between members composing the container, and a seal member is fitted to a bolt for fixing the members to each other. The inside of the container can be maintained at a predetermined negative pressure during vulcanization molding of a tire by air discharge by the air exhauster and sealing by the seal members. |
