PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shock prevention implement and an electric shock prevention method, capable of preventing a person from getting an electric shock when the person tries to go through an electric fence in an electric conduction state at a desired position.SOLUTION: Wire 2 of an electric shock prevention implement 1 is placed on the ground, and a clip 3A of a connection part 3 connected to the wire 2 is attached to a third electric wire 11C that is an electric wire in a downmost stage of an electric fence 9. Thereby, a shock voltage applied to a first electric wire 11A, a second electric wire 11B and the third electric wire 11C falls to such a voltage as not to impart a large shock. The wire 2 is placed just under the electric wires (11A-11C). Both feet are put on the wire 2, and if it is in a state that both the feet get on the wire 2, the state becomes the same state as a state that a person gets on the electric wire with both the feet to prevent an electric shock. Accordingly, the person can touch the electric wires (11A-11C), and can sneak through the electric wires (11A-11C) of the electric fence 9. |
