PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing damage of a condenser.SOLUTION: An ignition plug 1 includes: a coil portion 2 having a primary coil and a secondary coil concentrically wound; an igniter 32 disposed at one end side in an axial direction, of the coil portion 2, and energizing and blocking the primary coil, a connector portion for electrically connected with the external; and a condenser 33 for preventing electromagnetic noise. The igniter 32 is disposed in opposition to the connector portion 4, and the condenser 33 is disposed at an anti-opposite side Y2 with respect to a tip position C1 of an opposite side Y1 opposed to the connector 4 in the igniter and outside of the igniter 32, when observed from the axial direction of the coil portion 2. |
