PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle tip of a coating gun for stably keeping a coating quality, in a high pressure carbon dioxide coating method of requiring injection at a minute flow rate under high pressure.SOLUTION: The nozzle tip of the coating gun sticks paint to a coating object. In the nozzle tip of the coating gun for sticking a paint composition to the coating object, a flow passage for making the paint composition flow out is formed of a part of overlapping between a bottom part of a groove formed from the outlet side of the paint composition and the tip of a bottomed hole formed from the introducing flow passage side of the paint composition. The flow passage is 0.001 mm-0.050 mm in length in the outflow direction of the paint, and a minimum cross section orthogonal to the outflow direction of the paint of the flow passage is equal to a circle of a diameter of 0.03 mm-0.20 mm, and the ratio of the short axis length and the long axis length is 1:1-1:30. |
