PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramics-carbon composite which increases mass productivity, has uniform conductive paths, and shows excellent electric conductivity.SOLUTION: Aqueous slurry is adjusted by ceramics powder, water-soluble monomer, crosslinker, and dispersant, and surface active agent, polymerization initiator, oil phase and the aqueous slurry are stirred under reduced pressure, by which W/O type emulsion is fabricated, and granules having a polymer network is obtained by irradiating the emulsion with microwave to suspension-polymerize. Granules having the obtained polymer network are burnt under inert atmosphere into granules having a carbon network. Further, pressure molding of the granules having the polymer network is performed, the granules are burnt under the inert atmosphere, and composite of ceramics having electric conductivity due to the carbon network and carbon is obtained. |
