PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unnecessary switching loss.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge inspection device 2 for a secondary battery 1 is provided. A step-up/down converter 8 can switch between a charge state in which on receipt of a DC voltage V, the secondary battery 1 is charged and a discharge state in which on receipt of a battery voltage V, the secondary battery 1 is discharged. A second controller 9 controls the step-up/down converter 8. The second controller 9 can set the switching frequency of the step-up/down converter 8 during inspection of the secondary battery 1 according to control data from the outside. |
