PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook good rice cake by eliminating uneven cooking of glutinous rice.SOLUTION: On a heating chamber innermost wall surface 28b of a heating chamber 28, a hot air unit 11 is provided for circulating and heating the air in the heating chamber 28. On the heating chamber innermost wall surface 28b, a hot air suction hole 31, an upper hot air blowout hole 30a and a lower hot air blowout hole 30b are provided for circulating air between the heating chamber 28 and the hot air unit 11. At the hot air unit 11, an upper hot air heater 14a for heating the air blown out of the upper hot air blowout hole 30a, a lower hot air heater 14b for heating the air blown out of the lower hot air blowout hole 30b and a hot air fan 32 for circulating the air are provided. At a body 1, control means 151 is provided for performing control of electric power to the lower hot air heater 14b according to the detected temperature by temperature detection means 85 while driving an agitation motor 54, when cooking a material of an object to be cooked 57 put in an agitation container 50. |
