PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rupture disk type safety device having a simple configuration capable of fixing a position of a thin metal plate, easily attaching it between flanges and reliably performing sealing between the flanges.SOLUTION: A rapture disk type safety device 100 of the embodiment comprises an annular center ring 1, a circular thin metal plate 2, an O-ring 10, an outer ring 20 and an annular support ring 3. In addition, the thin metal plate 2 comprises an end surface part 7 and a recessed surface part 9, and the recessed surface part 9 is provided with a plurality of slits 5. An end surface 6 of a high pressure side pipe coupling flange 110 of the center ring 1, the end surface part 7 of the thin metal plate 1 and an end surface 8 of the support ring 3 are welded to each other to cause the center ring 1, thin metal plate 2 and support ring 3 to be integrally assembled as a unit and thereby fixing a position of the thin metal plate 1, and at the same time sealing is provided among the center ring 1, thin metal plate 2 and support ring 3 welded together. |
