摘要 The problem addressed by the present invention is providing a nonaqueous secondary battery in which recovery from capacity degradation caused by side reactions accompanying storage and use under prescribed conditions is possible and a control system for the same. This nonaqueous secondary battery (C1) has an ion supply unit (31) that supplies ions of the same species as ions in an electrolyte at a reaction potential higher than an uncharged potential for a positive electrode (11). The ion supply unit (31) has an ion supply source (32) that elutes ions in the electrolyte by being in contact with the electrolyte in a state of electrical contact with the positive electrode (11), and a first coating part (33) that coats at least part of the ion supply source (32). Furthermore, the first coating part (33) is configured so as to be interposed between the positive electrode (11) and the ion supply source and maintain a state of electrical noncontact between the positive electrode (11) and the ion supply source while dissolving or disappearing at the reaction potential.
