<p>A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a supporting substrate; a diffusion blocking layer disposed on the supporting substrate; a rear electrode layer disposed on the diffusion blocking layer; a light absorbing layer mounted on the rear electrode layer; a buffer layer disposed on the light-absorbing layer; and a front electrode layer arranged on the buffer layer, wherein the diffusion blocking layer has a higher porosity than that of the supporting substrate. The solar cell manufacturing method according to an embodiment comprises: a step of forming the diffusion blocking layer on the supporting substrate; a step of forming a rear electrode layer on the diffusion blocking layer; a step of forming the light absorbing layer on the rear electrode layer; a step of forming the buffer layer on the light absorbing layer; and a step of forming the front electrode layer on the buffer layer, and the diffusion blocking layer has a higher porosity than the porosity of the supporting substrate.</p> |
