PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan which is formed integrally with a static pressure member, a leg, and a wind channel and whose manufacturing cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: The ventilation fan includes: the wind channel penetrating from an indoor side to an outdoor side; an impeller disposed in the indoor side in the wind channel and driven to suck and guide indoor air to the outdoor side; a shutter disposed in the outdoor side in the wind channel and configured to close the wind channel while the drive of the impeller is stopped; a roughly conical and cylindrical static pressure member disposed between the impeller in the wind channel and the shutter and configured to guide an air flow to approach the inner wall surface of the wind channel as the air flow guided from the impeller advances to the outdoor side; and a leg for connecting the static pressure member to the inner wall surface of the wind channel in the wind channel so as to support the static pressure member.
