<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even other services without common information (user's history etc.) to be recommended. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention correlates meta data respectively imparted to items handled by respective services obtained from a plurality of databases provided for each service, generates an adjacent matrix using information representing association between a service use history and the meta data, stores the adjacent matrix in an adjacent matrix database, calculates degrees of association between respective elements in the matrix using the adjacent matrix stored in the adjacent matrix database, and presents one having the high degree of association to a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
