<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating power generation output, which is capable of estimating power generation output of a photovoltaic power generation facility. <P>SOLUTION: Typical solar radiation value data in fine weather at a meteorological observation point in the vicinity of an installation position of the photovoltaic power generation facility and actual sunshine duration per unit time observed at the meteorological observation point are acquired, and an estimated power generation output value of the photovoltaic power generation facility is calculated on the basis of an estimated solar radiation value at the installation position of the photovoltaic power generation facility, which is found from a value obtained by multiplying the typical solar radiation value data in fine weather by a ratio representing a rate of the actual sunshine duration per unit time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
