<p>An air conditioner setting is easily and immediately stored. In an air-conditioning control and monitoring device (2) that controls the operation of an air conditioner (3) in accordance with a command from a client terminal (1), which remote-controls the air conditioner (3), and that monitors an operating state of the air conditioner (3) so as to provide information regarding the operating state of the air conditioner (3) to the client terminal (1), the device includes a sending unit (10) that sends an air conditioner (3) setting corresponding to a predetermined timing to the client terminal (1); a settings storage unit (12) that stores the setting in association with identification information when the settings storage unit (12) receives the identification information and a store command from the client terminal (1); and a control unit (13) that reads the setting associated with the identification information from the settings storage unit (12) when the control unit (13) receives the identification information and a change command from the client terminal (1), and changes the air conditioner (3) setting to the setting read from the settings storage unit (12).</p> |
