PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process quarantine device, a quarantine system, a file processing method and a program, for enabling a user to continuously perform work on a quarantine object process while securing security in a network when limitation is given to the quarantine object process by a sandbox technology. SOLUTION: The process quarantine device 100 includes: a process activation detection part 110 for setting a quarantine file space storing a quarantine file to be used by the quarantine object process 106 to a quarantine file space area 103 when detecting the activation of the quarantine object process 106 which is the object of the limitation by a sandbox quarantine device 140; and a file reflecting part 130 for reflecting the contents of the quarantine file on an entity file stored in an entity file space area 104 corresponding to an instruction from the outside when the performance of the quarantine object process 106 is ended.
