PURPOSE:To avoid the effect of a load connected between transmission lines, by coupling an element coupled magnetically with one line of two transmission lines and showing a low impedance between both lines at a transmission operating frequency. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 7 is used to provide a transmission signal to the transmission line 1 through magnetic coupling at a transmission section. Further, the impedance element 8 is to apply a current induced on the line (a) to the other line (b), and shows a low impedance at the transmission operating frequency. Further, a coil 10 uses a core constituting the transformer 7 in common, extracts a current flowing to the line (a) with the coupling of magnetic flux and picks up a voltage by the connection to the lines (a), (b) at the same time. Thus, even if a low impedance load is connected across the lines, a voltage or a current is used for transmitting data.
