The present invention relates to a production device of chaff vinegar, and more specifically, to a production device of chaff vinegar enabling the production of vinegar without tar by maximally slowing down the carbonizing time of chaff. According to the present invention, the production device for producing vinegar by condensing and cooling smoke generated from a carbonizing process of the chaff is composed of: a carbonizing tank for filling the chaff and carbonizing; an ash collecting tank located on a lower side of the carbonizing tank for collecting ash generated from the carbonization of the chaff; and a condensing tank cooling the smoke generated from the carbonization of the chaff using the carbonizing tank and installed to be rotated 90 degrees from an upper side of the carbonizing tank. |
