According to an embodiment of the present invention, an inkjet print PCM color steel plate with the high quality of a beautiful pattern is manufactured by using a base paint composition and an inkjet print ink composition. Moreover, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the utilizing environment of the inkjet print ink composition can be optimized by introducing a high speed inkjet printer or an inkjet rotary press to a continuous painting process of the PCM color steel plate, and the productivity can be significantly improved by reducing the time required for painting a print layer since the replacement of a printing mold is unnecessary.
