The present invention provides a system for controlling external devices using electromyogram which includes an electromyogram sensor module which is attached to the body of a user and obtains an electromyogram signal by detecting the movement of the user, a control part which calculates a measurement parameter related to muscle fatigue by using the obtained electromyogram signal and outputs an operation signal by using the calculated measurement parameter, and an interface part which transmits the outputted operation signal to the external devices and controls the external devices by the operation signal, and a muscle evaluation method.
